Fr. Guarnizo was Right...She wasn't even Catholic!

A few days ago I had written about Fr. Marcel Guarnizo and how he had been unfairly punished by his diocese for denying Holy Communion to a practicing lesbian. Well, check this out! Thomas Peters uncovered that this woman who has made it her mission to destroy the good name of this priest for being denied the Eucharist is NOT EVEN CATHOLIC! Yes, that is right. She is Buddhist.

This is messed up beyond words and shows again the sad truth some bishops are too quick to turn against their priests whom they should be protecting.

A Self-Righteous Pharisee Complaining

Life is quite amusing. It becomes all the more hilarious when people use terms and words which they don't truly comprehend. For example, pharisee. Yes, that is right, pharisee. I had the privilege of someone, in not so many words, say that I sound like a pharisee; however, this person does not know me and the discussion, which was transpiring on a mutual friend's Facebook page, was about Eucharistic reception on the tongue and hand. My friend, who shall remain nameless, shared an experience that occurred and his feelings about Eucharistic reception, and of course, a discussion ensued. The reason the discussion progressed to a degree was due to the fact that we cannot receive the Eucharist on our tongue. I will be returning soon

After a very long hiatus, I have decided I will start writing again. The stress of where I thought the Church was going and what I hoped was erroneous thinking on my part stopped me. I, honestly, was also a bit fearful to tread that ground, but I think it is time for me to write as I would like after many years.
